Our mission
The creator economy in 2026 looks different than in 2024. Brands no longer need followers — they need volume of native, conversion-ready video. That created the UGC creator role: get paid to make content brands publish on their own channels and run as ads.
UGCJobs exists to make that path obvious. We list paid briefs from real brands, publish 2026 rate benchmarks creators can actually quote against, and build free tools (like our UGC rate calculator) that help creators charge fairly.
What we do
Curated UGC jobs
Every brief on UGCJobs is from a verified brand with a real budget. We turn down spam, MLM offers, and free-product-only briefs.
Creator education
Our blog ships in-depth 2026 guides on UGC rates, geo-specific advice (US, UK, Canada), and tools the highest-earning creators use.
Global reach
95% of UGC work is remote. We focus on the largest English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland) and growing European brands.
No followers required
UGC is content the brand owns and publishes — your audience size doesn't matter. We make that explicit on every job we list.
Editorial standards
We hold our own blog, salary guides, and how-to content to the same standard:
- Original numbers, not recycled. Our 2026 rate ranges come from public brand briefs, creator surveys, and direct interviews. We cite assumptions when figures are estimates.
- Year-stamped content. Every guide carries a publish date and an "Updated" date so readers know it's current.
- No paid placement in editorial. Brand mentions in guides (e.g. tools, platforms) are based on creator usage data, not sponsorship.
- Corrections welcome. If a rate, fact, or claim is off, email zak@ugcjobs.com and we'll update with an explicit correction note.
- AI use is disclosed. We use AI assistants for first-draft research and editing. A human editor reviews every published piece for accuracy and tone.

We work with DTC e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, apps, and agencies that need a steady flow of native, conversion-ready video. Pricing is brief-based, not seat-based.
